BREATHE WITH NERMAL THE JOY BUG
I’m a body-based money relationship coach, which means that one of my primary soap boxes is encouraging folks to breathe and get present in the core of their bodies.
The only problem is that although this is good, it’s hard for folks to locate their breathing prompts beyond the “breathe” signage.
So I decided to create a built-in breathing prompt that not only encourages you to breathe, but gives you the practice, with support and messaging! Enjoy!
I Never Meant To “Art.”
Or Did I?
I’ve encountered many twists and turns in my professional life as a spiritual coach, body-based money relationship coach and experienced psychic medium and empath channel.
First, there was the full-body psychic awakening in 2001. Then the leap to be a full time spiritual coach in 2006 — that was The Purple Phoenix. Then, I never saw the Spiritual Financial Intervention coming in 2011 that lead to the birth of The Magic of Somatic Money.
And now? After the full tilt of going viral in November of 2024 and serving the spiritual community more publicly on social media, Spirit Team threw me another curve ball. In the summer of 2025? Yeah, they pulled an art revolution out of the hat for me. And I have been in the middle of an art awakening ever since!
And all of this is quite wonderful and amazing — even pairing the color with healing work with personal finance . . . but what I did not anticipate was placing my art up for sale and then taking another huge step: consciously living art. As in, designing my art into the daily items of our lives.
And so this is where you’ll find me creating an interesting mix of things for you with Somatic Money, healing color and conscious product filled with energy art!
